On 21 June, Amersham will be marking International Yoga Day with a community event focused on movement, relaxation and wellbeing at Amersham School Sports Hall.
The morning will begin with a yoga session led by Madara Yoga, followed by relaxation and meditation guided by Heartfulness. Whether you practise regularly or are simply curious to give it a try, the event is designed to be welcoming and accessible.
Taking place from 10 am to 12 noon, it offers a chance to step away from the usual pace of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and spend a couple of hours focusing on balance, calm and wellbeing.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat.
