Bringing a monthly artisan market, to the beautiful historical town of Old Amersham.
Before the Second World War, the high street in Old Amersham contained many shops that are long since gone now, such as butchers, bakers, and grocers all long since gone from most high streets. Cooper’s Market is going to bring a little bit of that back once a month on the Broadway.
We are closing the road from 10am – 3pm and hosting an artisan market with the main focus being on food and drink. There are some non-food stands but in large we will be promoting food and drink businesses from in and around the Chilterns.
Cooper’s Markets work with the support of the Amersham & Villages Community Board and the Old Amersham Revitalisation Group to bring this exciting new project to life. The market will take place once a month on the third Sunday of each month and with your support it will grow month on month.
In addition to working with the local groups, we are also supporting the Chiltern Dog Rescue Society as it is a charity we strongly believe in and one right here in the heart of the beautiful Chilterns.
