Founded in 2018 by Deborah, The Chiltern Sound Spa was created under the energy of a Blue Moon, with the intention of holding sacred, welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with their inner wisdom and with nature. Drawing on shamanic practices, sound healing, and the rhythms of the natural world, Deborah creates calm, grounding environments that feel both nurturing and deeply restorative.
