This October, Artichoke Restaurant brings the spirit of Michelin Motorsport’s Le Mans Cup at Silverstone to Amersham with a special “Michelin Road to Stars” six-course tasting menu celebrating the very best of British produce.

This October, Artichoke Restaurant in Amersham proudly presents an exclusive “Michelin Road to Stars” tasting menu — a culinary celebration of the very best of British produce, inspired by Artichoke’s recent collaboration with Michelin Motorsport at Silverstone.

Earlier this autumn, the Artichoke team took to the road, bringing the heart and soul of the restaurant to the European Le Mans Cup at the legendary Silverstone circuit. For the first time in six years, this prestigious racing event returned to the UK, and to mark the occasion, Michelin Motorsport invited Artichoke to host a Prelude Michelin Le Mans Cup Cocktail Dinner — an exclusive evening for racing drivers, teams, and key promoters.

The dinner, held at the British Racing Drivers’ Club, was themed “A Visual and Wild Tasting Trial: A Culinary Journey Through Seashore, Woodland and Orchard”, highlighting the diversity and excellence of British ingredients. The evening was a resounding success, with tasting plates, English wines, and signature cocktails warmly received by guests.

To celebrate this remarkable achievement, Artichoke is delighted to share a specially curated six-course tasting menu, featuring the highlights from the Silverstone event — bringing the Michelin Road to Stars experience back home for all to enjoy.
